Job Description:

• Pitching about our product & services on daily basis.
• Identify new sales leads by referral or web support.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
• Identify client business environment to crack better deals.
• Explanation of new products & services for cross selling.
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Developing quotes and proposals as per requirement.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales & clients.
• Reviewing sales performance to achieve monthly targets.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
• Fixed appointment for presentation of our products/services.
• Follow-up to insure closing of deals.
• Generate referrals with existing clients.
• Travelling & Meetings are necessary as per requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Insure daily task should be complete:

• Maintain transparency with client and staff.
• Every conversation should be recorded.
• Professional behavior should be follow with discussion with client/staff.
• Client attention/support should not be denied.
• Active at all time for client support including holidays.
• Daily progressive report (DPR) should be submitted before closing of work every day.
• Monthly target should be achieved.
• All official conversation will be done by official mail.
• While forwarding any type of Document/Quotation always add CC mail id of approval authority.
• Every quotation should be pre approved with management.
